Had a great combo session today. Combo training consisting of heavy resistance training followed by upper and lower body plyometrics. Man I'm tired now!

Great Job! I did some push ups and sit ups this week myself and I can feel myself getting stronger too. Good for you!

How often do u exercise??

I usually do some exercise a good two to three days a week

Oh ok same here , usually 3x a week at the most...kinda hard to get anymore than that with my work schedule.
