" And my mission is to be more than just a rap musician,

The elevation of today's generation, If I could make'm listen "

" Prison ain't what we need, no longer stuck in greed,

Time to plan, plot, strategize my family's got to eat "

Tupac is an activist and revolutionary. Above all else, he is human, he is our brother.

I agree with you. He was not only a rapper but also a poet. He rapped about real issues in life. Even when he gained fame...he still kept it real. He never forgot where he came from. And yes he was the voice of the streets. I like your taste in music btw...it's a lot like mines. xD

Keep your head up is SO powerful!! I agree. He wasn't afraid to lose that thug persona...and Say "MEN lets be REAL to our women, it's time to HEAL our women....Yeah I know the real women are fed up!! It's ok ladies "Keep your head up"

and the chorus is beautiful...he took it from a old song by The 5 Stairsteps "Ohhh Child".... things are gonna get easier..ohhh child things'll get brighter....

    ohhh I love that. Awesome.

one of my faves too Trgdy! "I ain't mad at ya, Got nuttin' but love for ya, Do you thang boyyy/girl"

That particular one sticks out in my mind..because my best friend that past away used to sing it to me...I go to her grave and "pour out a little liquor"...

INKU** Yes, I am a music connoisseur! I love it all. I even like opera(in small doses:) I went through a phase where all I would listen to was rap...thats why I like some of the older rap songs...like Ja Rule, Jay-Z, Bone Thugs, Nas, I love DMX....haha it's music I listen to when I need to get pumped up...or get some aggression out. Never was into B.I.G. though.

I used to somewhat worship 2pac too;) WESTCOAST let me hear ya Ms. Blue!!! lmao You wanna be my gangsta girl! haha;) I love that you have a variety in your taste in music... Thanks for stoppin' by:)
