I love to take Tylenol PM. I love to take it during the day because it calms me to a trance-like state and I can just float through my day and not worry about any crap. I also like to get into bed really early, even if I am not tired yet, and take it so that I can sleep for hours and hours. It is like God's gift to the earth.

    me too i love it ...it sends me into another world..it sucks you under..and you have great dreams but your really not sleep
