It's Natural, And A LaughWe live in a fairly isolated house, so have no close neighbours. But we do have a very popular and well publicised (part of a national long distance pathway) public footpath past one side of the house, a lively farm run by two brothers to the other side, a field where our nearest neighbour and his teenage sons ride their trials bike to another, and a steep bank to the fourth side where the footpath descends and you can see all the way through the open-plan house from one end to the other.
I often work from home, and in the summer in particular I spend whole days totally naked. I make it a rule never to look to see if anyone can see me, but I know many are certain to have. Sometimes you cannot miss seeing someone pass out of the corner of an eye, but I make a point of not letting on and just carrying on as if I was unaware. We often get groups of hikers passing and they make quite a noise, so I see them of course. They usually congregate in our car park to gather the stragglers together, so some of them can spend 10 minutes or so with excellent views into the house. I particularly like it if they see me because they are all slightly posh types, with (ludicrously) expensive walking gear, and I am sure will be tut-tutting to each other all the way past. But still looking. I make a point of having sex on top of the bed, uncovered, whoever I am with, unless it is the depths of winter. There are not too many people who can see into the bedroom, as the pathway is the other side. But you never know!
At night we never pull our curtains, even to the bedroom or patio doors facing the farm and the other one facing the car park and footpath. My husband has met men walking down the path at night many times, sometimes without even the excuse of a dog, so I guess they come down for a look. I have seen torch lights in the farmers field so I know he looks too - he can get a really good look down into the bedroom from the top of the bank. The other night I heard a loud bang outside, and put on the inside and outside lights and peered out of the patio doors for ages; naked of course. The next day I saw a dead fox on the field directly in front of the patio doors, just across our garden hedge, so I knew someone had been out there late at night, with an excellent view of me pressed against the glass.
Occasionally we get really naughty as have sex in the middle of the lounge, where anyone passing the house on either side can see us. I always ride cowgirl so anyone could get a good look; we probably have been seen but I have been too busy to notice. We usually do it at night with the lights on and curtains open, but today we did it in the middle of the day (Sunday) when there are usually quite a few walkers.
I hope they get used to it - I love the feeling of not having any clothes on, and have no intention of stopping; neither will I compromise my great views of the countryside around us just to stop some men from seeing me.
I do find that I get an increasing number of stares when I am shopping in the nearby village.
