I Love Walking Through Graveyards and Reading the Headstones

Relaxing and Interesting!

Especially in New Zealand. There are some really small and beautiful graveyards. I find it very peaceful walking through and reading all the headstones - thinking that they are all people that others have loved and lost and how beautful it is to have a sacred place to remember them.

    How wonderful! I believe graveyards, are a place where we realize, somethings in time are forever the same, and there is peace to be had. I agree with you, there is a sense of peace in Graveyards.

    In the state of Kentucky, there are the same small semi-forgotten cemetaries, when you visit you feel both sorrow and saddness. I wish I could see picture of the graveyard close to you. That's the other thing, Graveyard pictures seem to exude that same sense of peace!
