This is how I started to get hooked when I was about 11 or 12. Found a pair of white plastic panties drying on the towel bar in a friends bathroom and I could not resist touching them and trying them on. With the door closed and locked I opened the bag and took out my plastic panties and was happy to discover that I could get into the X large size but they were snug.
