Why is it that I think that sports, especially Football, is used to take the minds off the people what their Government is doing? General Franco was wise enough to realise that interest in Bullfighting was diminishing, but then hey, Football... what a good idea?!?!

    My friends just see it as a joke but I'm pretty convinced the United States is doing this with sports. I honestly think that is the reason they allow hormones in their milk; they want to breed (American) football and basketball players to keep their country's population distracted from the growing problems in the US and abroad.



    Far fetched conspiracy theory maybe, but this one seems to have a lot of truth to it. Either way, it's a fun notion to entertain :).
