Breath Of Night

Just past dusk, night but not fully dark,
I stand
In the middle of my backyard
I breathe
And the night breathes back
I inhale Night's exhalation
And the wind flows around me
Trying to straighten my hair
Making my clothes flap like flags

I dig my toes into the still-warm grass
And fling my arms wide
Throw my head back
Breathing the breath of Night
As the wind whirls around me

Very beautiful once again. The wind like that surely feels wonderful.
