I love red wine. I don't overindulge, I drink maybe four glasses of wine a week.

My favourite wine is from the Corbieres, but I also like Minervois wines and several small areas in the Languedoc, like Saint Chinian, Fitou, Banyuls and Collioure.

I would love to have a cellar myself when I settle down, and lay down some myself.

    I love french wines, St. Chinian is brilliant and not known. Clos Bagatelle Gloire de Mon Père is delicious if expensive. Love Cahors as well as the Rhône valley.

    What do you do with the rest of the bottle? Drinking a little more will probably not hurt you. I have been drinking a bottle a day for the last 40 years and my doctor says that I am in great shape.
