Lately I've been on a fitness binge and I've been going running, jump roping and lifting weights. I hope to lose a few pounds, but mostly to tone and strengthen. I used to have a trainer for kick boxing, but it got much too expensive. Now I'm training with a friend who I will be running with a few days a week, so that will motivate me to move my b u t t !!!

This weekend was a lot of fun, I went shopping for dresses since I'll be attending a few weddings this autumn as well as other parties. So I want to look my best!
