No Poet Am I, But I’ve The Sight Of A Poet

NO POET AM I, BUT
I’VE THE SIGHT OF A POET,
I SAY THE THING THAT I SEE!
THE RAINS ARE THE INEBRIETY OF YOUR BEAUTY,
CLOUDS ARE THE SHADOW OF YOUR TRESS,
THE SMILES OF YOUR LIPS,
ARE THE CAPITAL OF FLOWERS!
THIS WANING AND WAXING OF THE MOON,
ARE BUT LIKE YOUR STRETCHING THE BODY!
I SAY THE THING THAT I SEE!
YOUR WORDS ARE SWEET MELODIES,
A SPLENDID STORY IS THE SILENCE!
THE ROUSED EYELIDS HARBOUR,
SOME CRAZY DREAM, I DO SEE,
MODESTY FETTERS YOUR STEPS!
I SAY THE THING THAT I SEE!
NO POET AM I, BUT….
I’VE THE SIGHT OF A POET, YOUR FACE IS THE SEA OF LIGHT,
THE VEIL IS ONE FLOWING STREAM,
AS IF IN MY VISION TODAY THERE’S
THE SCENE OF PARADISE!
WHAT BEAUTY YOU POSSESS!
WHAT ELEGANCE YOU’VE!
I SAY THE THING THAT I SEE!
NO POET AM I, BUT
I’VE THE SIGHT OF A POET!!!
