I Love Yoga
Hey there, so, I'm not really some ninja yoga expert like everyone else probably is, but as a teenager, I love yoga and how it relaxes me and energizes me. After a yoga class or session at home, I feel empowered, like I could do anything I want. But I need feedback on the history/meaning of this one pose that only I can do in my yoga class...not even the teacher can do it! It's called the restrained lotus pose. I don't know much about yoga and it's history, so someone, please, help me out here. Basically, it's the full lotus pose, except, your arms are crossed behind your back and reach and hold onto the opposite pose with your back straight. I think the reason I can do is that my shoulders are double jointed but I'm not entirely sure.
