Great Exercise

I've been having a rough time mentally for a while and it's hard for me to get into the habit of doing much of anything except for monotonously going to school and work, and sleeping (great depression for me at the moment), but Yoga does help when I do succeed in forcing myself to do it lately. My mother introduced it to me as she was practicing starting about 7 or 8 years ago. I would do it with her at night. I continued to do it every once and a while with her and it soon became one of my preferred modes of exercise. I really need to get back in the swing of it, I need my medication to even me out so I can focus... I love stretching out my body and going to a peaceful place even if it is for a few moments.


I would like to advance in Yoga.
