Yoga has eased my back pain, strengthened my upper body, improved my posture, flattened my stomach, strengthened my core, increased my flexibility, balance and coordination. I love it.

I use a block for side angle poses and any that I can't easily touch my hand to the ground. I still can't do the crow
pose! I hate going upside down so I don't do head stands. Bravo to all who can do these things! You don't have to do anything you're not comfortable with. If you are having a tired arm day, there's child's pose. It is the perfect full body workout.
