I Loved the Stephen King Book the Stand

I have read the extended volume and it was a wonderful read. The movie was good too. I'm glad I read it first though because I enjoy picturing the characters myself.

    No, I have not read any H. P. Lovecraft. I will look into this though. I LOVE all of Edgar Allen Poe's written works. He is part of the reason I fell for poetry. As for the movie "Secret Window", I own that one, and it is one of my favorite Johnny Depp films of all times. The movie "Queen of the Damned" was good, but it does little justice to the richness of Anne Rice's characters. I guess I am a bit of a book junkie. :)
