More JiggleI have been slowly gaining for the last few years, but I have recently listened to some advice on here about gaining more jiggle. I can honestly say that eating nuts between meals really works. Not only does my belly jiggle now but the jiggle has spread around the sides. My chest has started jiggling and this morning I found some fat on my inner thighs.
I love all this new wobbly flesh and am looking forwards to it spreading further. I'm not sure what I weigh now, when I find out I will update.
This isn't really for anyone elses benifit, I'm just doing it for me.
