I Was Always Thin...I was always thin in high school, around 55kgs and 170cm.
When I went to university I gained weight rapidly, around 20kg in a few months.
I had stopped socialing, exercising and would just sit in my room on the internet and eat snacks.
At the end of that year my parents told me I needed to get in shape again.
I had strech marks all over my breaks, stomach and thighs from the weight gain and I felt awful.
So I got back in shape again and exercised for a year.
This year I have still been exercising but I kept gaining weight anyway. Around exams I got too stressed and tired to exercise and starting eating a lot more than usual, two bags of chips per day and a few chocolate bars as well as a lot of soda.
Eating until my belly was stuffed full felt comforting.
Now I my belly doesn't go back to being flat when I am empty.
I've gotten a lot wider and my jeans don't fit.
I am too embarrassed to go buy bigger clothes but secretly I think I am enjoying the extra weight.
