Baby steps are working for me, like slowly changing my life choices to prevent everything from coming back. Like having cantaloupe instead of a cupcake and lifting light weights and jogs around the neighborhood. Do not starve yourself. Plan all of your snacks and meals ahead of time :) I lost four pounds this week and I couldn't be more proud of myself.. It keeps me motivated to do better.
