Just Like the Song

Love is universal. Something everyone can understand and identify with. That is why so many songs/movies/tv shows/books are written about it. It is something most of us want and pretty much all of us will experience at one time or another in our lives.

You are looking at it the wrong way. When you hear those types of songs think about the love you will experience in the future, not the fact that you may not of found it yet.

How do you know I'm going to experience love in the future?

They could write songs about school...or work...or something like that. Everyone has experienced that.

Well, Of course I don't KNOW that you'll find love. I do think that if you want love you will find it. I read somewhere that the average person falls in love 6 times in their lifetime. Surely you will find it at least once!

They do write songs about things other then love. Love is one thing that as humans we all understand, though. Even if you are yet to experience romantic love most people love someone.



Love is great and I do recommend it. The falling out of love, not so much. That is part of it though. And why there are just as many songs about heartbreak. Another subject most can relate to.

Be patient. There is love out there for you.

Well, I'm certainly not average, so I seriously doubt I'll fall in love six times. And yes, I do love many people in a non-romantic way...but it seems like all the songs have to do with romantic love.
