"Are you religious?"

"Umm, I have a really strong faith. I have a relationship."

"So you're religious."

"No. I don't put stock in my actions, or do anything regularly, or religiously, to make me think I'm getting any closer to God. I have a relationship and a faith. I do what comes naturally and trust that if something is wrong, I will feel it is wrong."

Multiple conversations I have had go this way. And I believe it's true with all my heart.

    If you believe it's true, then it is true for you. doesn't matter what other people think. Though that will never stop other people from trying to push what they consider the "right" view on you.
