I Married My First Love
I was 17 at the time in 1979 when I met the love of my life.My parents wanted me to go to college right out of high school and pretty well disowned me when I told them after graduation I was going to marry this girl that was 3 years older than I was..They said it would never work well we were married despite there objections,After we were married I enlisted in the marines and off to Paris Island... Well that was in feb.1980 and we remained married had 3 wonderful kids until 2002 I was in Germany when I was informed that she was murdered...To this day I feel like a part of myself died that day in may of 2002. Truly she was not only the love of my life but my soul-mate,and most of all my best friend...
