Every Chance I Get

...Which isn't as often as it use to be. Hey! I'm a mom now! What do you expect? Lol

But really. I meditate when I can. Durring my bubble baths, before sleep when I can, and every now and again I get to durring the day after I put my son down for a nap.

Meditation is very beneficial. I meditate on various thoughts and thought forms. What else can I say? I really enjoy it and often gain invaluable insight from my higher self and my God/dess.

If you don't meditate I highly recomend that you start. It helps seperate you from your daily stress which can lead to an "outsider's" perspective. This helps you find solutions. Meditating can give you peace of mind. It can help you sleep better with more pleasant dreams. Learning to still your mind at will can lower stress levels, blood pressure, and the chance of anxiety attacks. I'm sure these are not the only benifits of meditation, but it's what meditation does for me among other things.

So go Meditate!

me too . . . it also helps with chronic pain . . . anytime I get stressed . . . pain gets worse . . . so I mediatate . . . YAY us . . . 8D
