y boyfriend broke parole by drinking and now is in jail. He gets out as soon as he finds a bed in a rehab. He then has to do 90 days in rehab. We write often and talk daily, but every day gets harder and harder. I miss him so much. He is my life, and without him I feel empty. Anyone have any advice on how to make the time go by faster? What about on how to keep a healthy relationship while he is in there? Any advice, tips, and/or suggestions that you could tell me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

  | Posted Oct 5th, 2009 at 12:42PM My boyfriend is also in jail because he violated his parole. I know how you feel. It's really hard to continue with your life when he's not there. What helps me is I try to keep myself busy. I talk to him almost everyday, and we write each other all the time. Keeping in contact is always the best thing. But you can't let him not being with you destroy you. Just try to keep yourself busy and since he doesn't have that long be happy because you'll be with him again soon.   |
