Silly Pomeranian, With A Look That Melted My Heart, Then Broke It

Isabella Rose was the natural doughter of my other two Poms, she was younger, much more energetic, loving. I remember so many times after a bad day she would sit on my lap and actually lay her head on my chest as if to hug me and tell me it'll be alright. she kept her parents feeling younger by constantly playing with them, and frankly my home is not the same as it was 3 months ago, and i'm not sure any of us will ever be the same. what kills me most is not knowing exactly what happened. she was sick for 2 days just lying around, she had an endless apetite so i assumed she found something while on her leash and i missed it. then i got concerned of a bone maybe, x-rays were negative, which led to a weekend of return visits getting fluids and atibiotics day and night on monday morn she was up, went to the bathroom crawled under her bed as usual and gave me a kiss, but her breathing was labored so back we went where we were told she, had developed pnuemonia so at the vets request we left her there for oxygen treatment and told to pick her up at 4:30. 2 hours later we got the call. i wish i would have been with her instead she was with strangers in a stainless kennel. that wonderful silly dog who made me laugh is gone and each day without her seems so different. I miss my Izzy and always will, i now try to fill her role with her parents by playing with them more and i think they appreciate my efforts
