I'm in a classroom all day and on EP just a couple of hours at night. I just get sleepy and log off by 8pm.Wish I could take a snooze now...:>) It was only 4 degrees this morning & a cozy nap would be delicious.Coffee anyone?

DiscoveryChick thanks...I think you're right...I notice a slowdown of sorts during the summer months.

You point out some solid reasons why so many may have cut back on their time here at EP. :)

I never remember how I end up reading things. But personally I think people disappear in the summer because there are so many things to do, and then the fall is always incredibly busy leading up to Christmas. I bet about mid-January it's going to really pick up. Personally if it's really cold, there are very few people that I'd want to go out and talk with. Online, email, and phone is just dandy if it's in the 20s or below!!

No worries, gemma. It is going to be a different "experience" for everyone. I have been here 13 months, and it feels emptier and less fun for me because the people I used to hang out with literally all day long, are just not here for me to talk to anymore. There used to be a lot of goofing around and silliness...and it has just poofed.



I like to stay out of the dramas that unfold, and that is wise. But you may still sense it, and it sullies it a bit. Learn to avoid it and seek out positive people and it can be very enjoyable here. I still get something out of it, or I wouldn't stay either. That includes meeting nice people like you! :) The support is awesome for me, and I need it.



It just gets me down sometimes. I get attached, I guess. And it is hard when they leave and you wonder about them. Especially when you grow used to having them be a part of your daily life for so long....



Myo came back! So there is hope! :) :)

Hahahaha And you look most beautiful Myo...the lipstick is a lovely touch...most becoming. :)

Hi Gemma99. Don't worry about interrupting the flow....I haven't been here that long...about 7 months.

I think there are many different ways to experience EP. I wrote this because a number of my EP friends either weren't logging on or were logging on for brief periods of time...and I missed them. Most of them are probably caught up real life issues and don't have the time to spend on EP right now. That's how it's different for me. :)



I hope you enjoy it here. :)
