I Miss My Husband
My story is as old as time. I married a fisherman. He is gone from our family for months at a time, living on a boat in the far North. I knew what I was getting into when we married, but there are times that I wish he didn't have to be gone for so long. Like now.
I know there are women out there who's husband are gone for years at a time. I don't know how they do it. 3 months is my limit - and he's been gone 3 days past that, and I'm starting to go crazy. I don't want to do anything. I don't want to play with the kids. I don't want to eat. I just want him home.
