I Miss Her

When i was 9 years old, my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer for the 2nd time. this time it was stage 4, and it wasnt long before it spread into her brain.  Soon, she forgot everything, and 8 months later, she died.  She was my best friend.  There isnt a day that goes by without me thinking about her.  I miss her so much, and life seems empty and pointless without here sometimes.

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your mom and at such a young age. I agree with Yvone... life isn't fair when it comes to life and death. My mom was 61 when she passed away on my 37th birthday. I know you get tired of hearing "it takes time" as it doesn't feel like it gets any easier. It's been almost a year since my mom passed and I still miss her as if it were yesterday. (((hugs))) Hang in there. There are moments when I get really sad when missing her and have to ask myself "would mom want me to be sad?". I know mine wouldn't so I try to think of the good times and funny memories. I also talk to her pictures as if she could hear me.

I'm sorry that you lost your mom. I know sometimes life deals us a cruel hand..Remember all of the happy memmories you have shared with her and talk to her..I have a friend who is a medium and she says they are still very much apart of our lives after they die...and that when we talk to them they can hear us...because they still come around....Hugs to you
