I Miss My Soldier

My husband came home for leave he has been training for the past 4 months. the time has finally come when he goes to Iraq and i am so scared at night i get these panic attacks it was okay when he was still in the states and i was just lonely now i have no way of knowing how he is really doing. I just want it to all be over with. We have been married for 4 1/2 months and he has been gone 4 months. i didn't have that much time with him.

My boyfriend just left for Iraq as well and I haven't heard from him for 6 days now... it's really hard but we need to do our best to stay positive and believe that they are safe and will return home safely to us. As fruffles just said... no news is good news. Stay positive chica!

Just try to keep positive, and know that no news is good news, because bad news travels fast.

My fiance just spent 15 months in Afghanistan so i know how you feel. Stay strong and remember to pray. Always remind him that you're there waiting for him!

HELLO I NO WHAT YOU ARE GOING THROUGH. MY BOYFRIEND IS ALSO CURRENTLY DEPLOYED IN IRAQ RIGHT NOW AND THERE ARE TIMES WHEN I DONT GET TO TALK TO HIM. IT DRIVES ME CRAZY NOT TO HEAR FROM HIM! HE TOLD ME HE WANTED TO GET MARRIED WHEN HE CAME BACK SO I CANT WAIT AND STILL IT SEEMS SO FAR AWAY.<br />

WHEN IS YOUR HUBBY COMING BACK HOME?

i cant say that i kno what it is like for him to be in iraq but my husband is going to Antigua for a year I wish you the best..I know how you feel!

Spend what time you do have when he comes home makin good memories:) You will love them when he goes! Take care

I know how you feel. My husband left for basic training 2 1/2 weeks after we got married, I joined him in NC in Sept and he was deployed 2 weeks ago. They called him two days before he left and told him to pack his bags and be on the bus at 1030am on that thursday. I was devistated. I miss him so much. I put on a smile and such a brave face at work and around everyone, but deep down inside I am sad because I don't get to see him and I don't get to talk to him every day. Life is just not the same without him.

He is in basic right now. and then he probably has skill training still. dont worry just yet

I don't know yet what its like to have a husband in iraq but I have cried about how I nerve recking its going to be .. All I kno is that you have to pray for the best you have to keep positive and believe his going to make it home okay and you'll see him soon.
