I Miss The Way Things Used To Be
This Balance For Improvement Seems Out Of Hand

Just 50 years ago we had Cassette Tapes and Video Tapes. Now things are CD's and DVD's. And much is changing too fast. I get a machine to play Cassette Tapes years ago for allowing my past to accumulate like about 500 Cassette Tapes I have collected and now what do I do? So that I have to be able to still be able to play them? I have a collection of about the same amount of Video Tapes accumulated also and are there still Video Tape machines available now? Now I have to try to adjust to DVD's. Which hasn't been easy. But the Trend in Cultural Genre's is doing the same. The world wants to go Faster and Slowness is still my virtue with things. I like to enjoy a flight. Not really reach destinations.
I still use a dial up modem and WINDOWS XP. I keep getting these up dates that do more at wanting to be messing up my computer now, then without them. Because the up dates are for other changes like DSL and High Speed Internet. I don't have that. And these Cell Phones and I-pads? I don't have them. Not into the Craze.
Some where along the line. Why can't we innovate with the ideas of having innovations have a bit more mortality ... (Longer Life and sustaining qualities to them?) ... to what we create. Then make something for 5 years or down to 1 year and Trash our Future with economic mess, more and more? Only the innovation that is really being made is for the Rich. And There is this Beastly Anti-Christ deal now about who gets Rich these days. And what happens to the rest of Us.
And much more ... But I am not in the mood to get into it right now.
