I know how you feel. I stopped using almost two years ago but now i am on suboxone which did help me get my life back but now I have to go through withdrawal from that and its not easier as all the doctors claimed. Keep up the good work, it does get easier eventually. Try to stay off everything I think its the best way unless you absolutely can't then I would suggest suboxone but only for a short time and cut back your first week. It helps in the begining with your mental and emotional issues of coming off herion but like I said eventually you have to detox from it as well,
