I love HAVING traveled, in the same way Dorothy Parker said, "I hate writing but love having written." Fortunately I did a tremendous of traveling before I hit my mid 20s. But now I'm a typical Taurus, total homebody. At this desk I can set my imagination loose upon the landscape like a pack of ravenous wolves, hard to improve on that.

Dominican Republic. Had a plan...it crashed and burned.

It doesn't appear as if you've been sitting around the house or at a day spa, getting a massage...I saw the great picture of you in Afghanistan.

You will make it to Australia, but please come home again. We need good people like yourself who can tell great joke and help us laugh at ourselves.

Even if you move around this earth, constantly, your bag of woes will always be on your shoulder. My mother dragged three kids around, trying to run from her troubles and pursuing happiness. It never worked.

Happiness resides within. It's there, meditation is more powerful than drugs, they have their time and place but are not a cureall.

I think it is great you are here at EP! :~)

Where did you go? I want to "escape" and walk the Earth like Kane. I want to move to Australia and kill the "old" me.
