well girls im pretty new to the navy girlfriend thing. but i love it :) devin in is il. right now finishing up school then off to sea he goes. i havent seen him since new years and the missing is starting to overwhelm me alot!! i know that alot of us never get on here but i know that this is the only place that i am going to find people that actually know what i am going through. i want us to all get close and know that we can count on each other. our men are important to us and we love them.. lets pull together and go through it together :)

    i completely agree with you being in college i havent really met anyone who knows exactly what im going thru even though my boyfriend barely left two weeks ago its been a month or two since ive really gotten to see him and its great knowing that i can come on here and read other ppls stories and know that im not alone in this.

    p.s how do you navy girlfriends get used to this whole military thing im rather new to the military ways

    I'm new to being a navy girlfriend as well, luckily I get to see mine all the time, but I still worry about what's going to happen when he has to move or about what's going to happen in the future in general. I don't know how I'm going to handle it if I don't go with him.

    yes i love it! im in the same boat as you. im new to being a navy girlfriend and i miss my man so muchh if anyone ever wants to talk, i could really use a buddy who understands!! haha

    hii everyone. i needed some reassurance that me and my boyfriend will stay together through everything after bootcamp. he is the one for me and i want to spend the rest of my life with him. its hard to think that i will be away from him for 6 months at a time possibly. how do you guys cope with knowing that??

    I know! Isn't it a awesome thing to be a Navy girlfriend? If you ever need to talk...I'm always here to chat bc my boy will soon be going off to deployment =(
