am a moderator on a paranormal forum, and we are getting a lot of accounts of "mystery scratches" that seem to be unexplainable - the usual guesses are scratching oneself while asleep even with trimmed nails, something sticking out of the bed or pillow, some sort of bugs, cats scratching you while asleep, or brushing against a nearby obI'm not saying these are paranormal, I just can't find much on them on the net at all, and the few questions regarding them, and there are never answers, so I thought perhaps a group for people that share this experience might be helpful for others and myself, so please feel free to share your stories and thoughts.   | Posted Nov 7th, 2009 at 7:23PM This is, to me, an interesting and unusual phenomenon, but one I realize is frustrating and even frightening or unsettling to the experiencers, and it would be nice to be able to share and network about this subject to come to some understanding of what might be going on.   |

 Feeling hopeful | Posted Nov 17th, 2009 at 6:22AM I often find scratches on my body but when I sit down and have a good think it is usually because one of the dogs has jumped up and scratched me accidentally or the cat (on purpose) also I sometimes tend to bump into things which can scratch. |
