I Want To Lose 23 Pounds

It is my goal to lose 23 pounds that's the most I can lose and still be healthy. I'm 16 am 5 foot 10 and weigh 155. I'm not sure what 23 pounds will look like I realy just want a flat stumic and no love handles but want to keep my curves. I like from
my color bone up the most but hate my stumic and love handels.

I don't even enjoy eating anymore! When ever I had dinner it's just fights with the family and when I look at food I see fat not food. =(

calorie count rather than fat count, and know what you are eating - read everything. Incidental exercise - walk at lunch, don't sit at ur desk, walk far to buy things, walk up stairs, eat more veges - enjoy eating tasty veg based salads for lunch i like green beans and tuna, spinach and rice and bean salad - it contains oil. Don't be afraid of oil, cut out low fat foods and low fake sugar foods - they are high in carbs which translate to higher calories and you will eat more. Eat icecream or chocolate cake if you want - u can eat anything you want, just make sure you don't go over the recommended calories intake for women 1200 calories a day. Don't forget drinks have calories as well. Stay clear from diet drinks, drink the real stuff and add it into your calorie intake. Always look at the calories of everything you eat and make the right choices. Good luck, you can do it! It just involves educating yourself about food.

i like what youre doing, but giving yourself a number isnt the best. try working out and keeping healthy until you look healthy :)
