To help escape the lonliness of my heart and mind  I read alot of books.  I have also started keeping a journal and have joined a gym.  I recently went back to work  and this helps fill the void in my life.  I am looking forward to sping and summer because then I can walk outside, garden, biking, and even swimming.  Before I was drowning in having too much time for my mind to go crazy thinking and thinking but now I am keeping busy doing things that I enjoy doing and this has helped alot with my self esteem.
