I'm Getting Wrinkles!

Okay, i might need a job change. i have worked at a high school for the last two years and because of my age I lack authority. of course the kids from detroit attend and think they run the place. i hear even the teachers are afraid of them. My problem is i am disrespected by the students and a few of my co-workers and i feel every day i am getting wrinkles. im only 20 years old! its an ok job, but it will never be full time and i will never get payed enough for what i have to put up with. i wish to move out of my parents house but of course i barely get payed enough to take care of the few bills i do have and i work 30 hours a week. if anyone knows of a full time job in metro detroit area. let me know, but i really hope i don't look 50 at age 25.

    One option would be to save up enough to pay your bills for a month or two and just quit your job. Then go out that same day and everyday after that and apply everywhere and anywhere that you feel you would be happy and comfortable. Who knows, u might stumble on to something with more hours and higher pay. You want something, you have to go out and get it. One lesson in life is that nothing is handed to you. Good luck and i hope u find a job and eventually a career that suits you.
