My Life Has Really Become Stag...

My life has really become stagnant. Depression has really taken over my life lately. I find it hard to be motivated to do anything. I don't like the person I've become.

Change is hard. Habits are strong, and feeling sad, non worthy is also a habit of mind and feeling. it's hard to change habits, it's easier to keep the same, but we are never the same, change comes in different forms , and we constantly change. That is why one day we see ourselves and don't like who we became. I have 2 suggestions for any one feeling this way: change 1% daily, that's not difficult. Just 1% in a year you can change your life 365%. Whoa..... that's a whole new you! Don't think it's possible... to hard.... just before you go to sleep every night pretend you are someone else and embrace that feeling until you fall asleep. This will start changing your subconscious mind and make change easier in your wake hours.
Start talking to yourself in kind words., you are your most valuable possession. Love to all.

If you don't like who you are then change! I mean you can't go through every day doing the same stuff and expect to get into a different situation. Happiness is hard sometimes. :-) You should come up with goals, like just little day to day goals if need be and when you get them done you can be proud.

Not liking the person you've become is a wrong start to sort things out. I think you and I need to love who we are to keep our credit high and use in such cases!
Why don't you list down your good features? Why? It's a trick-trick yourself...when the list ends, you'll discover you don't need to go on with the things you don't like! :) Good luck with that!
