I Need Adive From a Tattoo Artist

I want to percase a tattoo kit I see many on ebay con you recamend something affordable but is not junk. This is a gift for my wife I would like to see her give it a try she has a passion for art. I have a gut feeling this is for her. If this did work for her I would concider certified piercing.
