ince the H1N1 outbreak our company policy is anybody with flu like symptoms no question asked sick time off, Well everybody suddenly has the flu on Pay day or weekend after pay day

You try to be a good corporate citizen and make it easier for people to stay home so the disease can be contained, and people take advantage. So what happens? The privilege gets revoked and then everyone gets sick. To me, taking advantage of a public safety precaution should be a fire-able offense. At minimum. That's just wrong. |
