Well, (1) didn't come to an offer... so I need good vibes that DWD will find a great job or better.... (2) and (3) are still brewing...

you are welcome!

Thank you!!!! many blessings!

true.
I hope it works out for the better, what ever you choose.

The best job is the one you actually get offered.

well, it sounds like a toss up between 1 and 3. I like misty windmills, so I know which one I'd pick. But using your entire brain is nice too.

Which one do I like doing better?

1) Could use my full brain power.

2) I would feel like a babysitter

3) somedays like Don Quiote chasing misty windmills.

which one do you like doing the best?
Good luck, it sounds like you have a bright future ahead of you.

Oh flexible employer and automony is good to think about:

1) total flexibility and some autonomy, can telecommute and travel
2) fixed location, managing an office, but it is in the carribean
3) lots of travel, some autonomy, always making sales.

Money:
1) eventually mid six figues
2) maybe one day six figures
3) uncertain

Well, it doesn't look like traveling to see your family will be much of a problem with any of the jobs. So, it all comes down to which job will you most enjoy, will make you feel most fulfilled and would you be able to see yourself doing until retirement? Also to consider would be which employer would be most likely to be around long term and would be most flexible should your time and travel needs change?
1) respect as part of the management team

2) managing the solution

3) angst

Well I would personally stay as close to the kids as possible. I wouldn't be able to bear seeing them only once a month. Or worse, every other month. However, it's important to make such a major decision with those closest to you. Ask your family, friends, and kids what they think. Just make sure that you take their opinions with a grain of salt. They love you so they'll say what they think you want them to say. Just pay close attention and read between the lines.

Good luck.

More info....

1) I would drive to see my children every two weeks or so. I think I would REALLY enjoy the people, the work, the respect and I think I would really do financially well.

2) Caribbean, is away from my ex and kids, closer to dear family, respectable position, opportunity to learn and maybe make money. Moderate pay.

3) also in the Caribbean and a lot of travel, Island to Island. Would be able to visit my children each month, maybe every other month. Two Months away...

My advice is to wait for the third prospect to come in if possible. One consideration is if you have a family you have to take with you. If you do, have a family, what's best for them? If it's just you and you have no serious ties, I'd go to the Caribbean. Another consideration is you actual family. Are you close with them? If so, I'd take the job that's just two hours drive away. That way you still have the chance to spend time with them when you want to without a plane ticket being involved.

It all depends on your situation. Nobody can give you a decent answer without more information.
Cheers

Not enough information! Do you have ties to your home that would be difficult to free yourself from, is the salary adequate for the cost of living in the geographic area that you would have to move to. Would you have to do a lot of traveling back and forth and incur travel expenses, and are any of them jobs that would actually enjoy doing?
