Does anyone know how to keep calm under situations that make you stressed out? :/

The classics are lowering the shoulders and deep breaths. Perhaps you could go further and condition a mascot to a relaxed state under hypnosis. That mascot brings calmness when it's with you i.e. take you back to that mental place.

Look for local Buddhism societies, it's just a positive way of thinking and teaches you forms of meditation, plus they don't force opinions onto you, you make your own mind
