Much Much More!

I mopped my apartment on Sunday. I did almost everyroom and i did a good job might i say! But today is Tuesday and my back and thighs still hurt. I didnt even know i was this out of shape! its a shame!

Well, at least you got some exercise, so that's a start? Get plenty of protein so you don't waste it ;)
