Greetings fellow bacon loving earthlings such as I. Quick update: after only managing to complete a miserable 16 mins yesterday, managed to do the full 27:55 of the 30 day Shred Challenge level 1 today. Yay .....woot woot :-)

Although, I do not eat bacon anymore, I am fighting those donuts. Was that exercise or exorcise? I think my head is spinning in all directions. I am glad I just watched instead of attempted.

All joking aside, congrats on completing the first level. It is wonderful you gave your best and your body will thank you for it. I tried to do the knee exercise and my knee just crackled, popped and it took me almost 3 minutes to get it to unlock. I am thinking of going to a pool and try to do some of these exercises.
