my pain resistance and flexibility of body has dropped to low these days...
need to exercise more...
in the past few months my work schedule is pathetic, I'm not able to find proper time for strengthening my self... but one good thing was, with some jogging sessions with my pet, I've shed about 4kg weight, another 5kg target in next few months to get back to my optimum...
