I did 60 situps and 60 leg lifts last night. My legs were so sore aftewards, I could barely walk, lol. But I increase the amount by 10 each day. I am curious to see how many I will be able to do per day. Need to work on my upper body as well.

Very good! I walked for 30 mins and I am trying to keep that pace up until it is nice enough to get my bike out.
