I hate weighing over 200lbs even though I don't look it. It's depressing. Yet I can't bring myself to truly exercise. Lifting weights makes my arms get bigger. Like ****! I am so uncomfortable I do everything to hide the bulges but the constant reminder that I'm not the weight I want to be is eating me alive.

First, you need to learn how to calm yourself. This dissatisfaction with yourself is what is eating you alive not your weight. Try something non-evasive like meditation or yoga. Before that, let's try somethings that are simple: Do you get 7-8 hours of sleep? Do you eat healthy, even if it may be too much? Do you drink plenty of water? Do you read, write or have some hobby that educates or you are passionate about you? Maybe going school? Look at this first then reply. We can get you thinking in the right way. Good luck.

Try the military diet although different for every one and it sucks more than ****, but might be worth a try, to do once in a while. Probably not more than 3 days in a row tho.

you shouldn't be worried about muscle gains. you won't get excessively big. besides muscles on girls are really hot
