Why Is It So Difficult?
I try to work out three times a week, in the mornings on the stationary bike.
This is usually a good time as I can watch cartoons (or whatever) and it perks me up for the day.
It is pulling teeth to get on the bike! I can so easily justify not doing it now, waiting until later or a myriad of other excuses.
I need to exercise more because I'm having less fun- I'm less strong and I'm quite out of shape.
Exercise can be fun, why is it so difficult to actually do?
