I Need To Move

I'm actually a restless person, so I don't know how I'm overweight, maybe it's the crap I eat.

I've tried the gym (and found it boring, though I was in a less boring one - it was too expensive). I get the urge to go running when I walk (I walk a lot but don;t lose much weight). Karate is good and tones me up a little but I take a traditional style, it doesn't help me lose weight.

I want to run, swim and cycle! Can't afford a bike, can't afford to swim so running is my option. I have chronic back pain though. I need to exercise before and after I do it and make sure it doesn't get worse.

If I could ever afford a rowing machine and exercise bike and was able to store them, I would buy.

Yeah I heard really bad backs need low impact exercise. Blows doesn't it? :)

Yea, I have the same problem with back pain (2 herniated discs and degeneration) and for me it's so hard to exercise because I'm afraid of making things worse. Gym memberships are way too over priced and so is equipment for home. This summer I'm gong to keep my eyes peeled at garage sales.
