How About It?
I have tried everything ! ..
and its not like im over weight or even fat , but i want to have the bestttt body !
i have a personal trainer on monday , gym on tuesday , mauy thai on thursday and run on fridays.
But i still am not getting the body i want and i think i should do more!
i reckon that all the people that need a hobbie or something to do to keep healthy , should loook into mauy thai. Its a thai matarial arts/boxing.
You dont need any skill and its tons of fun while getting heaps of exersize :)
a really good overall workout. i would suggest to everyone !
