Navy Weight Requirements

I'm 5' 6" and about 102 pounds. I've been trying to put on weight for the past month so i can join the navy. I need about 10 pounds and I've stuffed my face for weeks now. I'm consuming at least 3000 calories a day and drinking weight gainer shakes with creatine. I've put on maybe a pound solid. Very frustrating.

Eat a lot of what is called empty calories. Basically excess amounts of sugar. So a good excuse for lots of chocolate and sweets . Just remember to brush your teeth :-D.

well if you REALLY need to gain weight FAST eat like 5000+ cals. a day and if you can eat before bed and sleap after eating, but if you need mussle just pump some iron or run around a bit after eating. Remember mussle weighs more than fat!

Listen to Kikoiso1, get some more mussle. They want strong guys in the Navy, not fat ones. Also good job wanting to be in the Navy
